To refund or exchange hair you have up to 5days after delivery and have to contact us before to start the returns process with you. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and it is highly recommended to return with signed for or tracked services as we cannot be held liable for lost packages. Once package is received confirmation will be issued and then a thorough inspection is made to ensure hair bundles have met the right requirements.
