Returns and Exchanges

We pride our selves on delivering the best customer service so we offer a Returns and exchange policy on unworn, undyed, untampered, unopened, uncut bundles of hair. To refund or exchange hair you have up to 5days after delivery and have to contact us before to start the returns process with you. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and it is highly recommended to return with signed for or tracked services as we cannot be held liable for lost packages. Once package is received confirmation will be issued and then a thorough inspection is made to ensure hair bundles have met the right requirements.
